Marjory
MarjoryAfter careers in nursing, music and pottery, Marjory trained as an Alexander teacher at the Devon School with Jorgen Haahr. In 1993 she began private practice in Cornwall working from home and the Walsingham Clinic, Truro, teaching individuals and groups.
In 1998 she attended a post-graduate course with Peter Grunwald in New Zealand studying his eye-body method. Marjory worked with him from 1999 – 2002 assisting his workshops in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, France and New Zealand. She continues to teach eye-body method and Alexander Technique in private practice.
Marjory continues her practice in Cornwall and also teaches in London from time to time, as well as leading workshops in France, Sweden, Finland and the UK.
She has a strong interest in vision and teaches how it precedes, informs and affects how we react and move in everyday life, how we interfere with it and how to make changes if we choose.
