Being, seeing, moving: Alexander Technique combined with Vision Work according to Bates. Maybe you tried not to have any expectations, but if you had one, I am sure that you Acouldn’t image such a impressing seminar. It was a great experience, being able to relax in a few days and renew the process of moving and using oneself. Many thanks to the great teachers (Brigitte, Rosa Luisa, Lucia, Marjory) who showed us how to combine these two techniques to improve the awareness of our body and the use of our vision. We saw, how the eyes affect the whole posture of our body.

The high quality of the teachers gave us the opportunity to make a big progress in the way of moving, seeing and being. The combination of calmness, floating an social games gave us the opportunity not only to hear about a technique theoretically but also to put it into practice and have the possibility to take it with us for our future work. It was wonderful to see such experienced teacher working together and influencing the group in such a positive way. Many thanks also to all others who let the seminar become such a big success: Elisabeth & Nina for the private lessons; Carmela for the food; Marianne for all the organising work.
